Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a busy, multicultural metropolis with beautiful colonial buildings, the famous Auditorio de Tenerife, and a lively nightlife scene. The capital city of Tenerife is also known for its annual carnival. It takes place in the spring and is the second largest festival in the world after Rio de Janeiro's. Our coliving is located in the city center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in a vibrant and well-located area, next to supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and the main attractions. Our coliving is distributed over three floors, with 6 rooms in total. Two shared bathrooms and two shared kitchens are available at first and second floor. On the top floor there is a private rooftop, with BBQ and chillout zone. Each room comes with its own working desk. Inside the coliving space there is a dedicated open space with monitors and a living room. We are proud to host an international community of digital nomads. Regular formal and informal meetups and workshops are organized for our community with the aim of sharing ideas, experiences, and networking. Room(s): 1. No, we do not require a credit score. No, we do not accept any co-signers. Extending is not a problem. If you need to shorten you will receive a credit for future use. Yes, we are flexible with check-in times , just coordinate it in advance with our team. Yes all rooms are private and many of them include desks inside. Also the house is very large so guests can distribute themselves in the different common areas for privacy. We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33. Good vibes and willingness to be part of the community. There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors. We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use. Yes, the communal area is cleaned weekly. Depending on which coliving you join there will be between 4 and 35 people in each location. We promote interaction between the different locations so the whole community is larger than the individual coliving communities. Yes, we have a community manager who takes care of the needs of the community members. Very broad, mostly northern and eastern European, a growing number of Americans ( north & south). A smaller number of Asians. 1 month Yes, your belongings are safe. We have a no-lock policy on the bedrooms except in our largest location in El Cabo. We have outdoor cameras to control access to the properties. Yes all our coliving locations are in safe neighbourhoods. All of our coliving locations have great restaurants at walking distance. The public transportation works very well in Gran Canaria and is quite cheap. Gran Canaria is a miniature continent where you can do all kinds of activities except for snowboarding :) The airport is 30 minutes drive from Las Palmas and 50 minutes drive to Agaete ( El Cabo ) Yes we can store your luggage if you have a late flight No, just leave it tidy, no need to clean profoundly. Yes, there are shared workspaces in each coliving, most of the rooms include private workspace, and all our colivers have free access to our Coworking space within walking distance. Yes, there is a fully equipped shared kitchen Yes additional cleaning can be booked with additional charges. We only provide pick up services for groups.
