With 5 full bathrooms and comfortable working areas across the whole villa, you'll have everything you need to stay productive and focused. If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas. Extentions are based on availability To terminate your stay before the due date you can get in touch with us, we will find a suitable solutions for both parties Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. Just a simple presentation of yourself. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT overnight. If you wish to have a friend or partner to visit you for a couple days get in touch with us and we can come to an agreement. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. Entire and deep cleaning is carried out 3 times per week. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess. We have a laundry machine available to everyone. and drying racks station.
