We love meeting people from around the world! Having hosted students from Japan,Korea, Russia, Indonesian,Thailand, Mexico, Spain ,Italy , and beyond, we truly enjoy learning about new cultures. Our home is located in a safe neighborhood on Renfrew Street, just a block from Playland and a short walk to the Renfrew Skytrain. You can reach downtown Vancouver in just 20 minutes via the R5, 14, or 16 bus lines. The suite is bright and spacious, featuring a living room, kitchen, and in-suite laundry. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets (T&T, Donald’s), cafes (Starbucks, Tim Horton ,Chatime), and diverse restaurants. For nature lovers, we are close to Empire Field and New Brighton Park, which has a beautiful ocean-side pool in the summer. We treat our students like family—when we’re free, we love exploring new restaurants and doing local activities together! Single Room (Bedroom #3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: General Conduct: -Students are not allowed to have party at all time in the house. -Smoking and drinking is not permitted in the house or around the property. -The possession and/or use of drugs will not be tolerated -no pets -Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM. -No cooking or shower after 10pm -No laundry between 8am to 8pm -No Guests visiting unless it immediate family members.
