We offer a safe, positive and stable environment for learning and living. Language spoken is English. We have one large room on the main level -very clean, quiet and private. The pricing includes all meals, utilities, laundry and high speed internet. The room features a double bed, bedding, desk, closet, dresser, lamp, towels, & shared bathroom. We are within walking distance to parks, libraries, community & shopping centres, groceries (including ethnic grocery shops) and excellent restaurants. There is easy access to the trendy Main Street area, Queen Elizabeth Park, beaches, skiing, theatres etc... Only 1 bus to UBC, downtown, Metrotown. The Main Street bus is only 69 meters away and we're a short walk to the Canada Line (Langara & Oakridge stations). We've hosted students and working professionals from all over the world since 1998. We are a family of 4 with 2 children in university as well as a very friendly dog. We also love to travel and spent a year backpacking throughout the world together. Single Room (Bachelor Suite) with Ensuite bathroom This is a self-contained suite with a private entrance. The suite has a kitchen that is fully stocked, cooktop, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer (all-in-one unit), ensuite with shower, wifi & alarm. **This suite does not include meals or groceries** Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: We respect each others privacy and space and expect our guests to do the same. You're room is private and the children and Marley, our dog, are only allowed in with your permission. Overnight guests are not permitted.
