Please leave your space as tidy as you found it so we can prepare it for the next resident. Just remember to take all your personal items and dispose of any trash. This helps us create a welcoming home for everyone! Our guests are responsible for keeping their private bedrooms clean, but we provide a fresh, clean space for you upon arrival! We kindly ask everyone to tidy up after themselves in the shared areas. While we don’t offer regular cleaning services, we appreciate your help in keeping our community a comfortable place for all. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Storage lockers and parking are additional costs.
