This spacious property features 11 fully furnished rooms, including 3 master bedrooms, 5 standard bedrooms, and 3 flex rooms. Each room comes equipped with a comfortable bed, a small closet, and a study table, making it perfect for working professionals and students. Our residents enjoy well-established common areas, ideal for relaxing, socializing, or working. The property is well-connected to public transit, making commuting a breeze. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for everyone. While we don’t offer regular cleaning services, we appreciate your help in keeping our community a comfortable place for all. Yes, we ask all guests to clean their room before checking out. Please leave your space as tidy as you found it so we can prepare it for the next resident. Just remember to take all your personal items and dispose of any trash. This helps us create a welcoming home for everyone! Yes, each bedroom is equipped with its own closet. To keep the shared areas tidy and accessible for everyone, please store all suitcases and personal bags inside your own room. While we offer a small common storage area, it is not large enough to accommodate everyone’s luggage and is not suitable for furniture. Yes, signing a contract is part of our process to ensure that everyone understands the terms and feels secure in their living arrangements. It's a straightforward and friendly agreement that helps us create a comfortable community. Absolutely! We encourage our community members to keep shared spaces clean, and while we provide a thorough cleaning before your arrival, we appreciate everyone's efforts to maintain that cleanliness together. It helps create a welcoming and comfortable home for all of us! We have laundry machines available to everyone. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Storage lockers and parking are additional costs. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return.
