Furnished private room

Room condition: Two private furnished rooms, with bed and bedding, desk and chair, clothing rack, drawer chest, cooking utensils, etc. Just move in with your bags. Room 1 is on the first floor, for male or female. Room 2 is on the second floor, for female. The monthly rent includes all expenses such as water, electricity, gas, heating, internet, garbage disposal fee etc.. Location: Hastings-sunrise area in Vancouver. Quiet community, very close to banks, post offices, libraries, supermarkets, clinics, restaurants, bus stops, etc. are readily available. Transportation: Direct bus to SFU, Downtown (VGC, SGIC, ILAC International college, Canadian College, New York Institute of Technology, VCC), North Vancouver, etc. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom This room is on the first floor. Shared kitchen (4 persons share the kitchen) and washroom( 3 persons share the washroom). Total 4 persons live on the first floor. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 990.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom This room is on the second floor. This room will share the washroom with another girl. Shared kitchen and living room. 3 females live on the second floor. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly House Rules: Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay half month rent as deposit to us in advance of the booking to hold your room - Bank details will be informed after confirming the booking online. This deposit will be converted into a room deposit upon move-in and will be fully refunded upon move-out if the room is cleaned and all facilities are kept in good condition. The first month's rent is required to be paid upon arrival, either by e-transfer or cash. The next month's rent is required to be paid by the end of the previous month. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least one month notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this, the deposit will not be refunded. For the privacy and safety of other roommates, no visitors. No smoking, no drinking, no drugs, no weapons, no parties, no pets. No meetings or parties anytime in the front yard and backyard. Additional Info: I will be sharing the same house with the guests during their stays.
