Fun outgoing family in City Center

I live with my husband, no kids or pets. Beautiful neighborhood, parks, restaurants, shopping malls 15 mins from my house. Easy access to all public transportation. Has a garage for 1 vehicle. Great city and trails to go biking. My medium size bungalow is quite quaint(out of a fairy tale novel-smile). I love to cook so will enjoy some tasty treats for breakfast. Access to BBQ in the backyard-great for outdoor entertaining - but needs to know in advance.
