No smoking, no loud noise or extra guest sleeping overnight. Quiet home at 12am Shared bathroom (with homeowners) Access to kitchen (if needed) Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room) with Shared bathroom This room is a comfortable double room for 1 person. It is on the ground floor, with a window facing east. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Guest must keep the guest room clean and tidy. Clean up after themselves after using the kitchen and the bathroom (since both are shared space). Always lock the front door when leaving the home.
