Tourism is on the go for 2022. Welcome to my homestay. Restrictions now is lessen, but we still have to do some precautions. Everyone's safety is #1. ***Our home is your home while you are here.... Family home in a 3 bedroom apartment that overlooks the CN Tower in Toronto. **About 6-7 minute walk to the subway, 2 minutes walk to bus stop, **3 minutes (4 bus stops) to reach Eglinton W. subway station **30 minutes to downtown Toronto. Very close to Malls and small eateries, convenient to almost everything. **Supermarket is just beside the building. They sells hot meals to go. **Access to use my kitchen to cook. **Coffee or tea is provided (self serve). Guests can access: **FREE unlimited internet **Public metered parking HOST: I am a retired banker and I have 2 children ages 29 and 30. My son lives with me to help me out and my daughter lives on her own but comes to visit once in a while. My family joined the homestay program in 2004. Our guests/students comes from different countries. I have 2 bed rooms that are available for students/guests: ***1st room has a queen bed, good for single or couple. ***2nd room has 2 single beds ( 1 or 2 people). 1 guest is accepted, room is private. **Host must know the approximate age of guests. **Age limit: not over 55 years old, for peace of mind. **Profile photo is required when making booking inquiries. Please note: Family of 3 - 4 is accepted as long as the 2 rooms are available but children must be at the age of 7 not less. Regular rate will be applied. Please disregard the additional note for small children. (Unable to delete that information anywhere). Room(s): 1. Twin Room (2 single beds (2 guests)) with Shared bathroom 2 single beds 1-2 person, children must be 7 yrs and up only. Large closets, and dressers. Overlooking the bus stops and supermarket. Note: rates apply/person, discounted Fridge is shared with the family Capacity: 2 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Guest room #2) with Shared bathroom This room has a queen size bed. Good for couple, or single person. Capacity: 2 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Please note: **Maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and kitchen after use. **Respect everyone in the home. **Friends are not allowed unless you have permission. **No drinking alcohol, drugs and smoking. **Open communication is very important to avoid misunderstanding. Cancellations for advance bookings/Booking updates: ***Guests who wants to cancel reservations, must notify host, 4 weeks before arrival, to be able to accept new guest. ***Remaining balance must be paid upon arrival*** ***Minimum booking is at least 1 week and maximum is up to a year. Confirmed short term bookings should notify host if there are changes. ***PLEASE NOTE: Check in - 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Check out - 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM ***This rules applies when there is a guest departing and a new incoming guest..... on the same day*** ***Guest should consider the time of arrival in Toronto to avoid overlapping of time for check ins and check outs**** All guests that are coming from Brazil should consider the time of arrival in Toronto when selecting flights. Check-in should be at least from 10 AM. Additional Info: 50% additional charge may apply for infant/baby/toddler under 5 years old.
