Accepting female occupants only. No male occupants please. My place is about 6 to 7 minutes walk to Sherbourne subway or Castle Frank station, few minutes to Downtown and bus stop is right at the front of the building and close to all amenities. There are four Supermarkets close by, Fruit and Veggie store, Drug Store, Restaurants, Schools, Church, Convenience Store, Banks, library etc. I am fond of cooking international cuisine and love baking a lot. I can provide breakfast as requested but not included in monthly rental, it is charge separately. Sometimes, I gave the guest some food that I cooked or baked and sometimes I make them breakfast, took them to family gatherings or parties. But you can also use the kitchen and the utensils if you prefer to cook for yourself. Room(s): 1. Single Room (West view) with Shared bathroom The bedroom have a queen size bed, one side table with lamp, study table with study lamp, dresser, electric fan, shoe rack and a closet. Will also provide a hair dryer. Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Southview (with amazing view)) with Shared bathroom This southview bedroom window is facing the overlooking lakeshore, bright and clean. Will also provide bedsheets, pillows, duvet or quilt blanket towels and hair dryer if you needed. We have aircon in the living room and extra fridge for guests. Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Accepting lady occupants only. No male please. Wash or sanitize hands when you enter the unit. Do not invite strangers into our home and please minimize noise during bedtime or after 10 p.m.. Keep your room tidy and clean and please wash your dishes and kitchen utensils and wipe off stove, microwave and kitchen counter after using. Do not forget to lock the door behind you when entering and leaving the house. Not allowed to bring friends to sleepover in your bedroom. Make sure to be home before midnite. If getting home late after 12 midnight, just inform me ahead.
