I live in a 3 bedroom non--smoking home located in downtown Toronto. It is a 1 minute walk to shops, restaurants and all other amenities. The house is also only a 1 minute walk to the TTC stops at Oakwood/Vaughan Rd. it is also a 2 minute bus ride to Oakwood subway station. There are also many parks and trails in the neighbourhood. There are two separate furnished bedrooms in the house. Free wifi access. Modern appliances in the renovated kitchen. A smart TV on the main floor in the dining and living room areas. A back deck with barbecue and backyard access. Iam a single person with two very friendly dogs named Konan and Flowzy. Room(s): 1. Clean up after yourself and keep the common areas neat and tidy. No overnight visitors but daytime visitors welcome. Be environmentally friendly with shutting off lights and doing your laundry during non peak hours.
