Welcome to our Sullivan Heights Homestay! Located in the upscale, safe, and beautiful neighborhood of Sullivan Heights (Surrey), our home is a peaceful retreat perfect for students and professionals. We are a down-to-earth, easy-going couple and recent empty-nesters with plenty of space to share—along with our small, adorable pug! When the weather is nice, you’ll find us visiting local beaches or relaxing by the peaceful pond in our backyard garden. We love hosting and are strictly a female-only environment for our guests. We offer two fully equipped, private rooms and optional home-cooked meal plans upon request. * Key House Rules & Notes: -Safety First: For everyone's security, we strictly do not accept bookings without a verified profile and photo. Your photo must match your government ID upon arrival. -Kitchen Policy: The host has a severe allergy to most Indian spices (such as turmeric, curry, etc.). Because we have an open-concept home, these spices cannot be used or cooked with in the kitchen. *About Your Private Space: Both stylish rooms are 150 sq. ft. and include top-tier amenities: Air Conditioning, a mini-fridge, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, desk, dresser, fan, full-height mirror, and fresh bed linens. Bedroom 1: Bright, south-facing room featuring a comfortable double bed and extra-large window. Bedroom 2: Spacious north-facing room featuring a queen bed, walk-in closet, and beautiful views of the mountains and garden. *Shared Guest Access: Fully equipped shared kitchen and dine-in area. Shared laundry facilities (washer and dryer). Dedicated guest bathroom stocked with towels, hand soap, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. * Getting Around & Transit: A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk down the street, servicing city transit routes #321, 342, and 364.
