We are looking to fill our empty bedrooms as our adult children have moved out of the house. We live in a two storey home in a friendly neighborhood. Our home is close to transits and stores. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1 ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking inside the house Keep all areas clean & tidy Communicate whereabouts & time when outside the house Students are allowed to do their own laundry No eating & drinking inside the room Any damage, broken items by the students will be replaced &/or paid by the student Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of booking total in advance to hold your booking (on top of service fee paid to Homestay) Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us AT LEAST 7 days notice for any cancellation.
