Pretty Home in Quiet Neighbourhood

Our house is large, pretty and in a quiet neighbourhood. We are 5 minutes from downtown St Catharines and Sunset Beach on Lake Ontario and 12 minutes from beautiful NOTL and Niagara Falls. A bicycle is available for your use. Bus stops to both Brock U and Niagara College are very close to the house as is a shopping plaza with a grocery store, restaurants and banks. A park with a swimming pool, library, soccer field and tennis courts is also across the street. We are easy to get along with and can help with your needs. There is a resident small fluffy dog who loves people and treats if you love him. Guests have use of the backyard patio and can cook for themselves. The units are nicely furnished and are for a single guest or a couple only. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Studio) with Private bathroom We have a lovely furnished studio with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom on the lower level of the house. It is well lit and has a queen bed. The bathroom is being renovated but is fully functional as is. Approx 750 square ft Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Main floor bedroom with private bathroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Please no drugs or drunkenness or loud sounds. The rental is for one person or a couple who can verify they are studying , working or visiting family/friends in the area. Please no online remote workers. No other overnight guests without notifying the host. As we have a family dog, no pets are allowed. Please do not burn food on the stove or cook foods with a lingering odor. Please refrain from using the wood fireplace in the room as it requires experience. Washer and dryer is available upon request.
