Pretty Home in Quiet Neighbourhood

We welcome students or young working professionals or labourers who need accomodations for a month or more in the St Catharines area. Our house is large, pretty and in a quiet neighbourhood. We are 5 minutes from downtown St Catharines and Sunset Beach on Lake Ontario and 12 minutes from beautiful NOTL and Niagara Falls. A bicycle is available for your use. Bus stops to both Brock U and Niagara College are very close to the house as is a shopping plaza with a grocery store, restaurants and banks. A park with a swimming pool, library, soccer field and tennis courts is also across the street. We are easy to get along with and can help with your needs. The house has two kitchens and three bathrooms. There is a resident small fluffy dog who loves people and treats. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Green Room) with Shared bathroom This is a lovely room with quality furnishings. Guests have use of our second kitchen and second living room and two bathrooms. Guests have use of second kitchen, second living area and two bathrooms. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep both the common living areas and your own areas clean. Please no drugs or drunkenness. The rental is for one person. Please, no overnight friends. No pets.
