In a custom built home, this room is equipped with a queen size bed with wall to wall closet. It is on a separated level next to a common sitting room with backyard access. The rental also includes a private bathroom, share laundry room, one car parking on driveway, free internet. The property is located at a most sought neighborhood in a walking distance to shops, public transportation, top schools in the whole region, the Lake Ontario, many parks, bike trails and natural trails. The property features with ravine lot, guests can enjoy the beautiful nature view from the bedroom and sitting room. Patio furnitures are available for guests to use.
