Twin Room (Middle room) with Private bathroom It is the middle room, there's a closet,drawer, lamp, writing table & chair, tv, bed, sheets/ bed covers Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Twin Room (Masters Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking allowed inside the house, no night parties & no sleepovers. The rest of the rules will be discuss depending on the further negotiations Payments must be made 1 week before the arrival.
