Heritage house in New Westminster

We have three cozy, newly-renovated bedrooms in our charming 1920's house. We are centrally located in New Westminster, close to transit to get to downtown Vancouver or Douglas College. Unfortunately, due to a contract with another homestay provider, we are unable to host single men at this time. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Queen size bed, with desk and chair. Next to guest lounge area. Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: As we have three children, no smoking, drinking or drugs are allowed on the property. Guests will be expected to be in the house at a reasonable time and not come and go through the night. Guests are invited to join our family for breakfast (included) or dinner (extra cost), and for longer-term stays will be permitted to use the laundry facilities one night per week.
