We are a young vibrant energetic family of four! We are a husband and wife; Brian and Meghan, and our two children Zion and Myla - ages 4 and 2. Brian works as a Chiropractor and loves to help people gain their health back. Meghan stays home full time with our children right now. We love to have fun, be outside at the beach during the summer, exercise at the gym, go on hikes, and also enjoy quiet evenings of reading, movies, and relaxation. We like to eat healthy and enjoy all sorts of salads, soups, stews, chilli, roasted vegetables and cooked chicken, as well as different cuisines like Indian and Thai food. We have previously had homestay students and love to have people in our home and learn more about other cultures and different ways of doing life. We hope you could find our home a comforting place of connection and family if you desire, but we are also happy for you to have your independence and privacy as well. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: We approach living together with a "how would you like to be treated?" mentality. We are happy to have you hang out with us, but can also let you have your space if that's what you wish as well. We keep a clean and tidy home and expect that you would take care of your room kindly. We keep the house quiet after 9 pm. No smoking or parties. 50% of payment will be due 24 hours prior to arrival. The remaining 50% will be due upon arrival. We accept cash or etransfer.
