Shopping centres, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, banks, and other daily conveniences are all within walking distance, making everyday life easy and providing convenient access to part-time employment opportunities. We offer two clean, fully furnished private bedrooms, shared bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, air conditioning, a garden, and free parking. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, and common living spaces while respecting shared household rules.
