I am a professional computer graphic designer, currently working full-time from home, which allows me more flexible time to both work and take care of my tenants. My house is divided into 2 floors, with 3 shared bathrooms, and 4 rooms available for rent. I don't smoke, drink, or have pets, and I enjoy a quiet and clean living environment. Therefore, every day I personally clean the common areas of the house, including the bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, swimming, and hiking. You may use the microwave, stove top, toaster and kettle.
