Welcome to our cozy home in South Burnaby! Enjoy a comfortable private room in our quiet home, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop with easy access to Edmonds SkyTrain Station, Metrotown, Highgate Village, restaurants, grocery stores, and other local amenities. We're a friendly couple who enjoy welcoming guests from around the world. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxed environment where you'll feel at home while still enjoying your own privacy and independence. Our home is shared with two friendly indoor cats, so guests should be comfortable around pets. For their safety, the front door must be closed immediately after entering or leaving the house. Unfortunately we are unable to accomidate guests traveling with pets Whether you'd like local recommendations or simply a quiet place to unwind, we're happy to help while always respecting your privacy. Complimentary Wi-Fi, utilities, and basic toiletries (including soap and shampoo) are provided. As this is a shared home, we ask that guests be clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. Please note that there is a separate suite downstairs, so you may occasionally hear normal household noise. Please note that bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate same-day arrivals. Can fit two people on the bed but might be a bit of a cozy sleep. Bathroom is down the hallway but for guest use only Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: Cats & Doors (Very Important) We have two indoor cats, so guests must be comfortable around cats. For their safety, please keep the front door and your room door fully closed at all times when coming and going. Do not leave doors open, even for a moment. Guests / Visitors No parties or events. No overnight guests. Only registered guests are allowed. Respect the Home Please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level. Clean up after yourself in shared spaces (bathroom/kitchen/common areas). Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the home. Check-in / Check-out Check-out: 11:00 AM Check-in: Flexible as long as you communicate in advance and confirm your arrival time.
