We are a family of three and we’ve been doing Homestay for more than 10 years. Our house is located in vibrant and beautiful city of Burnaby and it’s about 40minutes to DT Vancouver. It’s close to Brentwood and Metrotown Train Station and walking distance to BCIT College. Me and my wife both work in a medical field profession and our daughter goes to UBC. We have one room in the 2nd floor of our house available for students/homestay. It includes a double bed, a closet, study table and chair, side table and lamp, a mini fridge. Monthly rent is $800 per month, no meals. Shared kitchen and you will be sharing the bathroom with one person. Laundry is twice a week on Wednesday and Sunday.
