Susan is 60 and enjoys sports, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, reading, socialising, nature, board games, fashion design, and science. She speaks English and German Susan has 2 children with 1 still living at home Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom ) with Private bathroom Quiet and private single room great space with lots of morning sun . This room is ideal as a short and mid-term stay. Capacity: 1 Rates: 336.00 Weekly / 1260.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and shut the front door securely when entering and leaving the house Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Payment: 50% upon booking ontop of the 15% to Homestay. And the balance (in cash preferably) upon arrival. If stay is 1 month or more 50% of the first monthly fee to be paid upon booking and balance of first month 2 days prior to arrival. Bank details will be provided. For overseas transfers please allow at least 5 working days for transfer. Cancellation policy: nonrefundable for cancellations 3 weeks and later prior to commencement date.
