I have one beautiful dog Stella who loves any people staying in the home.. I have been doing Homestay for over 25 years and am happy to show new people around but most of all make them feel welcome!!!! Room(s): 1. Single Room (BEDROOM FRONT OF HOUSE) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (QUEEN SIZE ROOM) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking in the house or the garden.. please observe that we dont have much water in Australia so please keep showers under 10 minutes and also try to keep bedroom tidy:) Amenities: Internet Access, Laundry, Garden, Parking Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
