Welcoming family near beach & Bond

A spacious two storey house with five bedrooms. Air conditioning in main living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. We have two children (17, 14). We enjoy going to the beach regularly, also surfing, walking and swimming. We have two outside cats. Suitable homestay for a female. Suit a student attending Bond University or Southern Cross University. We have been a homestay family for nearly twenty years and enjoy meeting and looking after guests from different countries. Capacity: 1 Rates: 315.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: Be respectful and considerate to others in the house. Payment Method - we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy - we ask our guests to give us at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. Any later than this will not be refunded. Please pay by direct bank transfer full amount on arrival.
