Welcoming family near beach & Bond

A spacious two storey house with five bedrooms. Air conditioning in main living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. We have three children (17, 15 and 12 respectively). We enjoy going to the beach regularly, also surfing, walking, golfing and swimming. We have an outside cat. Suitable homestay for a female student attending Bond University. We have been a homestay family for over ten years and enjoy meeting and looking after guests from different countries. Room(s): 1. Payment Method - we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy - we ask our guests to give us at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. Any later than this will not be refunded. Please pay by direct bank transfer full amount on arrival.
