Chilled out, open house, 3 large rooms for either single or twin setup. Close to shops, shopping center, gyms, swimming pool, buses to city, parramatta, Me and my little miss are normally out and about either working or up to stuff, if you are lucky enough to have her company she will entertain you as she performs acrobatics and beating dad up! I’m very laid back, outgoing, adventurous, into martial arts, gym and hanging out with my little ninja. We welcome you into our home, to make it your home. If you want some fun then we are always up to something, and happy to bring you along. Or just chill and keep to yourself. I do have a gym, you are welcome to use, decent kitchen, laundry, lounge, dinning room and an open office area between the 3 rooms that can be used to study, or whatever you choose. I look forward to meeting new people, and introducing overseas people to Sydney. I spent a lot of time traveling and back packing, I appreciate that in people and always happy to help people out and make you feel at home. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1 - Front ) with Shared bathroom Medium size room, with full wall built in wardrobe with hangers, draws, mirrored sliding doors. Ceiling fan cosy and airy. Capacity: 2 Rates: 320.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Bed 2 - Front ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Bed 3 -Back ) with Shared bathroom This is a slightly lager room, double wardrobe with mirrors and draws. Ceiling fan cosy/ light. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: My house is your house, treat it with respect, clean up after yourself, don’t burn the place down, be friendly and enjoy your stay. Generally non smoking but if you are addicted to those little cancer sticks, you may smoke in the back garden. Don’t steal stuff, don’t bring drug lords or gangsters to the house, use some common sense and we will all get along just fine ;-) Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% deposit to homestay.com in advance of the booking to hold your room as per homestay.com terms. In addition we require full Payment of the balance to be cleared 24 hours prior to arrival for bookings up to 30 days, for longer term bookings we can under certain circumstances accept 30 days upfront and Payment every 2 weeks after the first 2 weeks so you stay 2 weeks ahead, we need to protect ourselves but also understand people need to make money to pay rent if it’s a longer term arrangement. Bank details and PayPal option will be informed after confirming the booking online. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any before arrival cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. Once booked for a specific time, we expect that time to be honored but we can be flexible if your circumstances change suddenly as long as we have adequate notice / Payment.
