Hi! We’re a family of 4 located in a nice suburb surrounded by nature. You'll be sharing one of our vacant rooms in our home property with our family. Our place is just across the school making travelling to school super easy for students. Bus stops are located in front, for easy transportation to Pennant Hills station, Parramatta, Hornsby and Cherrybrook metro station. Our closest shopping district next to Pennant Hills station has a wide range of groceries stores (IGA, Harris Farm) and restaurants/cafes (Thai, pizza, Chinese, South African, etc) Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom This room has a great view of the front garden, with all the basic furniture included. A large desk for studying, a book shelf, a single bed and wardrobe built into the wall. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom This room has a view of our front garden and comes with its private hallway. Single bed, a large desk for study, bookshelf and wardrobe included. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. We recommend using headphones. - Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. The house needs to be kept bird-proof - Feel free to use the kitchen/laundry but please clean up after yourself. - Please save water and energy cause they’re precious in Australia ~ every bit helps! -Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. - Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. - No pets are allowed inside (unless they're fish) Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Park, Local Train Station
