Greetings Friends! We offer a beautiful homestay in Winthrop, 5 miles from downtown Boston and very convenient via the MBTA transit (bus to the Blue Line). Winthrop is a quaint, safe seaside peninsular community home to many great outdoor activities (run, beach, bike) and independently-owned, amazing restaurants (Italian, Mediterranean, Greek, Chinese, BBQ, Pizza & Sandwiches). Plus all within 1/2 mile distance you will find a grocery market, gym, library, hair and nail salons, art galleries and more! Our Homestay Apartment offers 3 spacious, spotless bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and a shared bath. Our home is large and the homestay accommodations are separate (with its own kitchen, dining room, entrance/exit). Single Room (Bedroom 1) with Shared bathroom This is a quiet, clean and comfortable room with walk-in closet, desk, chair, lamp and ceiling fan. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom Bright, spotless and spacious....king size bed with nightstand, desk/chair, large closet, and ceiling fan adds extra comfort. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Bedroom 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Please treat our home with respect. You will admire the home for its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere, we ask that you help us keep it that way:) For the comfort of all, we ask that you do not have any visitors in the homestay apartment. Our guests are welcome to use the stackable washer/dryer in the apartment for 1 load of laundry/week (detergent provided). Additional laundry can be done at the local laundromat, which is on the bus route and 1/2 mile distance. No smoking or candles permitted. Check in is at 3:00 pm and Check out is at 11:00 am, unless otherwise negotiated.
