Your phone/WhatsApp number to add you to the home's group chat where you can introduce yourself to the other guests and receive normal communication from us to everyone in the home (like if there's maintenance coming or someone new checking in). You will be added to the group closer to your check-in date. You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before your move in to coordinate. If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. Yes, it might be possible to extend or shorten your stay, depending on availability and the specific terms of your booking. Here are some factors that may affect your ability to extend or shorten your stay: Property Availability: If the property is fully booked during your desired dates, extending your stay may not be possible. Seasonal Demand: During peak seasons, availability may be limited, making it more difficult to extend your stay. If you would like an additional cleaning on top of our regularly scheduled cleaning, you are welcome to let us know and we'll be happy to look into scheduling an extra cleaning for you. This will most likely be an additional fee. There is a one time cleaning fee and service/processing fees. The security deposit will also be required. Lastly, due to the limitations of parking space, we charge a monthly parking fee. We do also schedule a professional cleaning once a month or every month and a half. There are some storage available in the bedroom.
