Great homestay for ASU students

We have been hosting foreign students from China, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Iraq, Saudi, Oman, Kuwait, Australia, Chile, Libya, Africa, Germany, Indonesia, UAE & Mexico. Our home is located less than 1 mile West of ASU main campus. Smoke, alcohol and drug free home. No meals included. Airport pick up and meals available upon request with additional fee. Half a month refundable deposit. 1 month notice prior to moving out (guests must complete 1 month payment after notifying host that they are moving out). Meals are optional upon request with additional fee. Homestay for only non-smokers, non-drinkers, non-vapors, and non- drug & tobacco users.Security deposit is half a month rent (refundable upon moving out if there is no damage). Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: One month notice prior to moving out (guests must complete 1 month payment after notifying the host).
