Great homestay for ASU students

We have been hosting foreign students from China, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Iraq, Saudi, Oman, Kuwait, Australia, Chile, Libya, Africa, Germany, Indonesia, UAE, Brazil, India & Mexico. Our home is located less than 1 mile West of ASU main campus. Smoke, alcohol and drug free home. No meals included. Airport pick up is available upon request with additional fee. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Middle Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 750.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bigger room) with Shared bathroom The bed in the bedroom is different from the one in the photo. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 775.00 Monthly House Rules: One month notice prior to moving out (guests must complete 1 month payment after notifying the host). Replace major damages. Move out cleaning fee of $100. Amenities: TV, Internet Access, Laundry, Parking Local Amenities: Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
