SF Garden Studio

We are a working couple with a 12 year old son, two young cats, and a rabbit who the cats think is a funny looking cat. Our home is a 2 story home with a basement studio in Bernal Heights in San Francisco. Your Studio can have a king bed or two single beds, has a private basement entrance, exclusive bathroom with a large rain shower, and a cozy bamboo patio just outside your window. The studio stays very cool and is in a very quiet part of town, though you will hear footsteps overhead from time to time and the occasional cat chasing a rabbit. (or visa versa). Street parking in the neighborhood is free. We have a lot of stairs down to the studio, so please be aware it can be difficult for travelers with disabilities. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Basement Studio) with Ensuite bathroom This is a small room for up to two people. We can set the room up with 2 single beds or a single king size bed. We have a Keurig in the room with coffee and tea. Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: We only ask that you avoid loud noise after 10pm, don't smoke anything anywhere on the property, and make sure the basement is locked while you are out.
