Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking or vaping, no drugs, no pets, no overnight guests. No downloading of illegal videos, games, movies, etc..in violation of internet agreement infringement policies. Use of kitchen is for light cooking only, no frying. Take off shoes when entering the house, slippers are provided Passport copy required. Full payment in cash upon check-in. $500 Security Deposit maybe required. Lost keys is $100 charge.
