Commercial stretches along with Polk and Hyde Streets offer an assortment of trendy and old-school restaurants, bars, and shops. The location is one of the best in the city due to the walkable distances to the main destinations. We can fit up to 16 people with our single/double or shared rooms. Available to all: - High-Speed WiFi (commercial-grade WiFi powers all spaces, because there’s no way to live without it) - Fully Furnished - Community Events (Living with us is fun - occasionally we host events, whether it’s a backyard BBQ, a movie night, networking evening or a dance party.) - Weekly Cleaning (of your room and shared spaces). Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home. We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply. You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. We welcome the brightest minds in the world: artists, musicians, philosophers, social leaders, entrepreneurs, and trainees. You won’t get bored. We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people. You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas. We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income. We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip. Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
