I live in a 3 badroom and 21/2 bathroom townhouse. TV, bed, closet, dresser, night stand and a desk. Room Three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, is included, I offer for my family every day. The Room is $ 1600 per month or 1300 without meals light breakfast. The location is close to the beach and shops are all in walking distance. I live with my 13 year old daughter. I speak Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and English. Room is not available at the homestay student. Room(s): 1.
