Hi. We have a private room with an attached bathroom available. We are right down the street from SDSU. (A 5 minute walk) I am a teacher and my husband and 18 year old son also live here. We have a garage with laundry and a pool table and our back yard has a pool and hot tub. Rent is $1000 for one person or $1500 for two. Continental breakfast included. 36 inch TV with Netflix, Disney plus, direct tv. Prefer a student or a professor if staying longer than a month. Free parking. Free laundry. Free utilities.
