My home is a contemporary and well appointed townhome, centrally located in San Diego's Banker's Hill/Park West neighborhood, which is located just six blocks from Balboa Park and Just six blocks from Little Italy, which is home to dozens of great San Diego restaurants. It's also very convenient to the airport, and other public transportation, as well as the convention center. From the home, you can enjoy stunning views of the San Diego Bay, Point Loma, Coronado Island, and the downtown San Diego skyline. The available room is a large bedroom with a small balcony where you can take advantage of the views and great weather. It has a private adjacent bath, a large desk/work area, high speed WiFi access, and television. I'm a single professional who lives in the home alone. I often work from home and also travel for work/pleasure regularly, so I may or may not be here during your stay. I keep up with local restaurants, arts, and all the other things San Diego has to offer to be able to guide guests to the best experience for their stay here. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Balcony Room) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 535.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Privacy Suite) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 475.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking/vaping in the home or in outdoor spaces (balcony, front porch/steps, etc. No pets No drugs Ask permission and time schedule for doing laundry. Always lock the door when leaving the home. Ring doorbell upon first arrival/check-in. Guests with stays less than one month pay 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) for City of San Diego, which is in addition to the rate quoted. Dispose of any food left behind at checkout; it may be placed in the black trash bin in the garage. Payment Policy: My preferred method of payment is Apple Pay I require 50% of charges to be paid for confirmation once a booking is accepted. The remaining 50% is to be paid three business days prior to arrival. Refund policy is: 10%/one night's room fees penalty (whichever is greater) if cancelled by 6 p.m. local San Diego time three business days prior to arrival. 20% or two night's room fees penalty (whichever is greater) if cancelled after that but by 6 p.m. local San Diego two days prior to arrival. 30% or 3 night's room fees penalty (whichever is greater) if cancelled after that.
