Beach house with private beach club

Our home is located in San Clemente, California in a neighborhood called Shorecliffs. All of the homes in our community are nestled along a terraced hillside with an ocean view. Our neighborhood owns a private beach club with tennis courts, volleyball court, and barbecue facilities. San Clemente is called, "The Spanish Village by the Sea." We have fine dining, unique shopping boutiques and a pier on the ocean. San Clemente is home to the best surf in California. Our newly-remodeled, single story home has four bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large open kitchen and a tropical courtyard with a waterfall and built in barbecue area. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the living area, dining room and backyard. We would like to rent out one of our rooms to a student. One month minimum; one year maximum Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom ) with Shared bathroom This is a large bedroom with a double bed, dresser, futon couch, desk, closet, and a large window. Bath is down the hall and will be shared with one child. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom This room has a single bed, nightstand, dresser/vanity desk with mirror, closet and a large window. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: You will have access to all living areas, barbecue, kitchen, bath and one bedroom. No entertaining after 10 pm on school nights. Quiet neighborhood. Additional Info: Parking available. We live on a culdesac with nine houses on our street. I can drive and pick you up from school.
