Comfortable room for one

My name is Joyce, and I’m a retired speech therapist. I worked for the New York City Department of Education for over 30 years. I own a three bedroom house in Queens, where I live with my 26 year-old son, Donovan. I have a spare room that I am looking to rent out. In the spare room, there is a small refrigerator, and an electric kettle to heat up water. I am within walking distance to the train, the buses, shops, restaurants, gym, library, bank, post office, etc.. I am a 35 minute ride on the train to the city. My son Donovan, lives in the basement. The spare room I have is on the second floor of the house and there are 2.5 bathrooms in the house. The neighborhood is in a quiet residential area, and it is one of the safest neighborhoods in the city. My Son and I can answer any other questions you may have. Thank you. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Comfortable room for one ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking inside the house. Please keep things quiet, after 10 pm. If you are bringing a guest, there is another twin bed I can put in the room, and the charge for an extra guest is $40 a night.
