The Cave

The Cave is a renovated Basement with 2 bedrooms , one with a (queen size bed) And the other with a (twin size bed), both with internet,TVs( Netflix). There is a seating area with a sofa and TV . Full kitchen with utensils (plates ,spoons ,cooking wares for light cooking) with 2 bistro chairs and a table, a refrigerator, Toaster, electric stove , HVAC system for Heat and Air-conditioned .The place also has a full bathroom Soap , Rinse and Shampoo provided (For the first month only) a hair dryer . The entrance is on the right side of the house with a Smart door lock. the home is camera protected on the outside. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Master) with Shared bathroom This Room is large with a Queen size Bed for 2 people in the Basement area With Walking closet ,standing mirror, a sitting bench and TV . Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (The twin) with Shared bathroom This Room is a single room for 1 person with a Twin size bed ,a night table , a lamp , TV, internet and closet . Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly House Rules: Only booked guests are allowed. Guests may have visitors , not to stay over night. No Smoking,No Party,No events are allowed. The kitchen maybe used for light cooking only. All used utensils must be cleaned after using.The kitchen , bathroom will be shared among the guests. No dog is allowed . Turn off everything when leaving the premises. Payment is due in full at check-in for the total amount of times you plan on staying with us . Amenities: TV, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm
