Our home is conveniently located Pembroke Pines, in South Florida with easy accessibility to primary highways and interstates, entertainment venues, parks, golf courses, restaurants and retail/shopping Malls. We are a family originally from Brazil that lives in the US for over 30 years. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. We love traveling and meeting people from all over the world. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Guest House) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: • No loud noise, music, or parties. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. • No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. • Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This includes downloads. • No guns/weapons/illegal substances in the house. • Please report damages immediately, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. • No pets. • Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we would like to keep it that way with your help. ? • Please recycle. Otherwise, we get fined by the city. Can, plastic, paper and glass can be placed together in the bin in your room and everything else in the bin placed in the bathroom. • $30.00 Cleaning Fee for each extra week. • Abide by the state of Florida recycling laws. • Enjoy your stay!
