Cozy home in quiet neighborhood near the beach. Watch the sunset, hike, and walk along the beach. Come and enjoy the warmth of my home. Cozy room with full-bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen use, with free wi-fi and cable tv. Secluded garden for quiet evening contemplation or out-door dining. Take long walks, hike, go surfing and enjoy this tranquil beach along highway 1. Guests are welcome to use the washer/dryer and bicycle. Bring your surf board and enjoy abundant surfing throughout your stay. Guests are welcome to keep their surfing equipment in my garage. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Cozy room with lots of sun) with Private bathroom Sunny room with double bed or a 1 person or a couple. Ground floor location with standing shelf holding a variety of DVDs with a white counter top. Capacity: 2 Rates: 830.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: I work from home so please be respectful of noise levels. Please remove your shoes at the door. I have an hand-crafted oriental rug in the living room that is difficult to clean. Please no extra house guests. Please be considerate of TV and noise levels past 11pm in the house and with our neighbors. No smoking. No parties. Please strip the sheets/pillowcases and duvet cover off of the bed at the end of your stay. House is thoroughly cleaned between guests, but please be respectful of our home by putting all trash in the trashcans provided, and cleaning up any spills or dropped food promptly. Please leave my home the way you found it and clean up after yourself. Thanks for your consideration.
