Female only If you're in search of a private room for rent, I currently have 3 private rooms available in Oakland. The house has one full bathroom and one half bathroom. Each private room is available for a monthly rent of $1300, and utilities are not included in the rent. Trash and water are billed every three months, while electricity is billed monthly. The house features a spacious furnished living room and kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. There is an off-street parking space available and easy access to public transportation. The yard is fully fenced and includes a large backyard. The location is highly convenient: 8-min drive to downtown Oakland 20-min to downtown San Francisco Grocery Store: Target: 7 min Safeway: 8min Whole Food: 12 min Trader Joe's: 12 min Public Park lake Merritt : 13 min Middle Harbor Shoreline Park: 4 min As the owner's daughter, I will be occupying the master room. We will only share the living room, kitchen, and utilities with other tenants. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs, all of which are the same size. The house is big so there is enough space. Utilites Trash is every 3 months, water 2 months and electricity is billed monthly. Room(s): 1.
