The building is located on the Upper West Side, within walking distance of both Columbia University and Central Park. Our coliving community is a perfect fit for a student, intern, or young professional, including international roommates. The apartment is fully furnished and features 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing for only three rooms to share each bathroom. The common space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry. Also, the apartment has both a dining area and a lounge area with a smart TV. High-speed internet is included. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies! All bedrooms have a full bed, nightstand, closet, dresser, private heater, black-out curtains, and recess lighting. Some rooms also include a study desk with an office chair and an AC unit. The building has 24h surveillance and a superintendent who helps with maintenance. The building also provides a video intercom system allowing you to see who is at the front door on the street. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. We accommodate students, interns, and young professionals, including international roommates, in fully furnished coliving apartments with a built-in community! Our leases are three months minimum, providing flexibility for students who are in New York City for a school semester or an internship. There is a lounge in the amenities that can be used to study or work from. As long as you keep the noise level down as it is a quiet zone. Students, interns, or young professionals. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the property. Resident and their guests may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to medical cannabis on or near the premises. We have the right to terminate this agreement if resident and/or guests engage in such activities. If you have a service animal, it’s up to the housemates to decide whether they are comfortable having an animal in the house. Due to the close quarters laws, the housemates are able to make the judgement call without violating any housing accessibility laws. Visitors are welcome as long as your roommates are informed and are ok with it.
