Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Storage lockers and parking are additional costs. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. To help management assess your suitability we typically request the following: Full Name, Date of Birth, Contact Information, Current Address, Government-Issued ID, Social Security Number, Proof of Income, Credit Report, Current Employment Details, & Employment Verification. You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return.
