Small, but Cozy!

Hi, my name is Delia. I have a clean and neat room in a cozy apartment in Manhattan. There's also an elevator in the building, (which is accessed by going up one flight of stairs). The building is monitored by cameras. I've lived in Manhattan practically all my life. I love to meet different people from all over. I love to travel, to go to broadway shows, and the movies. I would love to share some of my travel experiences with you! I recently retired as an office manager at a Radiologic School in a public hospital in the city. Please note: The room also has a ceiling fan, iron, hair blower, flat iron, DVD player, mirror, dresser and closet. I provide clean sheets and towels. THERE IS PLENTY OF HAND SANITIZERS, AND HAND SOAPS!! For those who are concerned about COVID 19 - I am fully vaccinated. I hope that you are as well. In order to ease guests of payment concerns, guests may pay balances via Paypal, Zelle, or cash upon arrival to the apartment. Check-in time is 11:00 am on weekends and 10:00 am on weekdays. Check-out time is 2:00 pm however, if we discuss ahead of time, I can be flexible with both times.... Just tell me what you need, and we can make it happen. I am flexible with cancellations and will issue refunds for early departures resulting in unused nights. This area is easy enough to walk to other neighborhoods such as Chelsea, China Town, Soho, Noho, West Village and if you like walking, even to midtown. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Airy room with lots of natural light. Room also has a ceiling fan. Please Note: Room has two closets (one being mine). I would need to go into my closet occasionally. Sheets and towels are provided. Capacity: 1 Rates: 325.00 Weekly / 1025.00 Monthly House Rules: *Please keep our home secure by locking the door when leaving. Keep window gates locked at all times. *Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. *No pets allowed. *Please do not bring strangers into our home. *Please respect my home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. *Save electricity: turn off lights, fans, and air conditioner when leaving the home. *No loud music *Guests may pay their balance upon arrival. * Meals and snacks should be eaten at the dining room table. No food is permitted in the bedroom. * Wash your hands when coming in from the outside.
