This apartment has all the bells and whistles. I offer an ultra clean environment. The neighborhood is fraught, with a window of numerous cultural activities. Room(s): 1. Triple Room (Tree house loft room with backyard) with Shared bathroom This will be your private room. This arrangement offers a full bed That can sleep 2 and a loft bed, with easy access which can sleep. 2 more persons. The room opens to a large backyard. Capacity: 3 Rates: 420.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking in the apartment. However smoking is allowed, in the backyard and on the balcony. You can not walk around the apartment, with street shoes. I offer a clean and bug free environment. When and if necessary, guest must allow owner access, to private space for maintenance or emergency repairs. Wet and dirty towels must be removed from the bathroom and place in a designated area. Designer towels, in the bathroom are there for decoration only. Guests must get towels from the linen closet. Please keep the kitchen clean at all times when not in use. This is a high-end apartment. Guest must participate in keeping the plants watered and feeding the exotic fish in the common area fish tank, located in the living room. Guest are not permitted to have overnight guest. Guest can entertain in the backyard but without loud music and with 1 or 2 persons at a reasonable time and you do not disturb the other tenants.
