The common space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry. Also, the apartment has both a dining area and a lounge area, some with a smart TV. High-speed internet is included. Most bedrooms have a full bed (some larger rooms have a King and some small rooms have a twin), nightstand, closet or clothing rack, dresser, and black-out curtains/shaded. Some rooms also include a study desk with an office chair and a private AC unit. Most of the rooms have central AC and heating. Some rooms are provided with a cooling fan and a space heater. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies.
