Loft Bedroom in the heart of NYC

I live in this apartment with my boyfriend with a little cockapoo puppy. The guest will be sharing the apartment with us during the stay. The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator. I can offer my guest some advice on living in NYC, where to go and what to do in your free time. My apartment is located in a brownstone building in the West Village, where there are a lot of restaurants around with 5 minutes walking distance to Washington Square Park and 10 min train ride to Time Square. Your bedroom is on the loft of the apartment with no door, but there is enough privacy. There are 2 rooms on the loft, so you might have to share the loft space with other guest. 2 rooms are connected and guest has to walk past the first loft room to go to the other one. There is a room divider to give some privacy to the first loft room Room(s): 1. Double Room (Loft Bedroom 1) with Shared bathroom This room is on the loft of my apartment. There is no door to the room but there is enough privacy. Capacity: 2 Rates: 525.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2/loft bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room is connected to the other loft room. You will have to duck under a beam to get to the room. There is no door for this room. Please look at the picture of the apartment to see how the loft area looks like. Capacity: 1 Rates: 490.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: - no smoking - the floor is sensitive for neighbor downstair, so no hard exercise in the living room - no guests in the apartment - Please respect other guests on the loft Additional Info: I have lived in NYC for about 2 years.
