Cozy Shared Studio in Lower Manhatt

My cozy studio apartment in historic downtown Manhattan is available for short stays up to 1 month. $80 a night. $500 a week. $1700 for 1 month. It has a spare full sized futon bed in it's own section with curtains that can be drawn for more privacy. a full kitchen (for preparing vegan food only), shared bath, air conditioning, Convenient to shops, restaurants, Hudson River, subways, China Town, Little Italy, Greenwich Village and more. ABOUT MY PLACE: 1. This is a studio apartment where I also live. It has a spare full-sized futon bed in its own section. There are curtains that can be drawn for more privacy. 2. This is my home. I live here too in my own section. 3. There is one bathroom in the studio apartment 4. I can host 1 (one) person for up to 1 (one) month at a time. 5. there is wifi 6. Some closet space to hang clothing 7. Rent is due by or upon arrival. 8. I accept cash or Venmo 9. Guests will have use of an electronic pass to get into the building while they are staying here. 10. My kitchen is full sized yet small. I have a basic juicer and a blender. You can prepare your own meals there as long as they are vegan of course (no animal flesh, eggs, milk or dairy). -And please clean up and do your dishes afterward. 11. Please no smokers, alcohol drinkers or other recreational drug users (of any kind including cannabis - even if you do that elsewhere while you are staying here. If you do any of those things, my place is not the right one for you). 12. Please, take shoes off upon entering my place. Room(s): 1. Guests are free to come and go as they please.
